We take a hands-on approach with each step of the manufacturing process from selecting incoming material, product inspection and testing, packaging design to shipping. Pan Jack Industrial Co. implements strict procedures and standards, while performing all corresponding tests and audits. Each production batch is subjected to this process and evaluation.
In addition to assigning inspection personnel as the first step of quality control, we also arrange for random inspections of the factory’s production line by Pan Jack’s quality assurance engineers. We strive to find Final Assembly Test and Pack, FATP, related issues to control product quality.
Working with partners around the world, Pan Jack Industrial Co. establishes strong communication bridges with both factories and customers. During the pandemic we were able to implement operation processes that have allowed us to enhance our communications while navigating the challenges presented with travel restrictions still impacting global commerce. Pan Jack’s Quality Control Operation Process
Our production process is composed of four critical quality control procedures that ensure the high-quality standard of our products. These procedures include IQC, IPQC, FQC, and OQC, each serving a specific purpose to maintain the integrity of our products.
- IQC (Incoming Quality Control) – Incoming Quality Control (IQC) involves auditing the materials received to ensure compliance with customer requirements and documentation standards. Pan Jack also inspects and verifies the appearance, quality, and functionality of the materials to prevent issues down the line.
- IPQC (In Process Quality Control) –In Process Quality Control (IPQC) encompasses a comprehensive inspection of the entire production process from material production to final product packaging. This process includes auditing the production line for adherence to production specifications, assembly procedures, and use of materials provided by the technical unit. The first article inspection is conducted to detect any issues early on and prevent the production of non-confirming products. Additionally, the process includes random product inspections to identify any defective items.
- FQC (Final Quality Control) – Final Quality Control (FQC) involves sampling inspection of finished products before final packaging. This step ensures that products meet specific standards and undergo appearance, function, electrical, compatibility, and reliability tests, such as performance and life tests.
- OQC (Outgoing Quality Control) – Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) involves quality control of the finished products before they leave our facilities. Pan Jack samples the quantity of products according to the MIL-STD-105E standard and AQL and comprehensively inspects the outer packaging, labeling, and peripheral accessories’ placement to ensure overall product quality.
“Customized” Quality Control Standard Operating Process
Pan Jack recognizes that different products have unique specifications and characteristics, and therefore, we design relevant testing methods and fixtures that align with these features. We also refer to our customers’ quality control plan and quality inspection standards to develop our own unique PQID inspection standards. To ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards, we conduct audits of documents and quality reports, including yield rates and missing problems. We have also developed a systematic and flexible quality control Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) that is checked and confirmed comprehensively.

In the event of an abnormal problem, we immediately hold a meeting with the manufacturing side to review and address the issue, proposing an improvement plan immediately. Our audit inspection SOP is carefully crafted to ensure that all steps of our quality control process are accurately and consistently performed. Our audit and inspection process involve analyzing the results to identify any abnormal items, followed by experimentation and the compilation of information and recording of results. Finally, we generate a comprehensive report that documents our findings and conclusions.
